Baked fish fillets with béchamel sauce

Ingredients

1) In a cast-iron skillet or fry pan, over medium-high heat, melt butter. Place the fillets in the pan. Lower heat and let sizzle until fish is golden. Carefully flip fillets. Add butter and tilt pan slightly to let the melted butter pool at one end. Cook until golden. Once you finish place the fish in a baking dish. Sprinkle salt all over the fish
