The patties are incredibly easy and quick to make.
1) Add flour, eggs, milk, salt, 1 tablespoon garlic paste into a bowl and mix well with a fork.
2) Drain the liquid from the tuna can then add the tuna to the flour mixture.
3) Heat some unrefined coconut oil in a cast iron or stick-free skillet on medium high. Gently place about 3 patties in the pan, and cook until nicely browned, 3-4 minutes on each side. Repeat the procedure. I usually make about 11 Tuna patties with this quantity of flour and ingredients.
